Centenary Commemorations of Soldiers Memorial Avenue

The Friends of Soldiers Memorial Avenue Inc (FOSMA) is commemorating the Centenary of the first planting and dedication of trees on the Soldiers Memorial Avenue on 3 August 2018 with a formal commemoration ceremony and a community barbecue at the Soldiers Memorial Oval on the Queens Domain in Hobart. Like the original event, families, schools and community groups are encouraged to participate and also visit special trees to make their own dedications and to take time for a picnic lunch.
